About The Role (reputed company) reputed company is seeking a high-reputed company treasury reputed company to support execution of projectbased financing and debt capital markets transactions with primary responsibility for the Americas region. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a larger deal execution role over time. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) What you will own

• Support transaction workstreams across corporate and project-level financings, including data rooms, diligence responses, lender Q&A, term sheet comparison, and documentation coordination
• Build and maintain transaction models covering debt reputed company, pricing, reputed company, liquidity, reputed company sensitivity, and downside cases
• Evaluate key financing terms, including pricing, baskets, collateral, guarantees, draw mechanics, reserve requirements, reporting obligations, and reputed company frameworks
• Coordinate closely with legal, reputed company, reputed company, tax, and corporate development teams to ensure transaction assumptions and deliverables are reputed company
