2026 Political Cycle Role - Senior Associate Strategist

Job Type: Contract, Temporary We are looking for new team members in our reputed company department to help create and execute results-driven online advertising campaigns for our reputed company political, non-profit and responsible corporate clients. These people will help our political clients win elections and advance reputed company causes and help our other clients increase brand awareness, drive e-reputed company sales and organization reputed company, and engage and retain reputed company members. This is a temporary position through November 30, 2026 and includes outplacement assistance. Cycle-hire employees who are interested will have reputed company to apply for a limited number of permanent positions at the conclusion of this role. Candidates looking to have a large reputed company reputed company on the 2026 elections should apply for this position. Candidates who DO NOT want to work on the 2026 elections, should apply for our other position reputed company on our responsible corporate, non-profit, and non-electoral advocacy clients. Specific Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and run online ads across various different ad platforms (reputed company, reputed company, TTD, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion and brand lift tests.
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that will increase efficiency and performance of our digital marketing efforts.
• Monitor conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with other vendor partners.
• Communicate with clients about reputed company and challenges in the campaigns you're running.
• Manage media budgets in excess of $1MM.
• Write copy and work with our designers and developers to produce online ad collateral and website assets.
• Create media plans for reputed company response and persuasion ad buying
• Meticulously Q/A creative, ad builds, and reports
• Be accountable to reputed company goals
• Evaluate emerging technologies. reputed company thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• Be a reputed company member of our reputed company and supportive team.

Minimum Qualifications ~1 year of hands-on digital advertising experience in a performance-driven context. OR 2-3 years in a reputed company field (Communications/PR, Advocacy, Digital Media, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $5,833-$6,167 per month
• +$7,500 election bonus reputed company at end of cycle
• +an additional end-of-cycle performance bonus (based on company and individual performance).
