Sr. ESA Reviewer

BLEW is excited to announce an opening for a Sr. ESA Reviewer. In this role, you will be reputed company in managing reputed company that involve the assessment of environmental conditions for various reputed company across the reputed company. Responsibilities

• Write & review Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) assignments.
• reputed company solid recommendations and solutions to Managing Directors and clients while understanding the assessment’s potential reputed company on the transaction process.
• reputed company reputed company control throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Manage field technician during site reputed company and occasionally reputed company fieldwork activities as necessary.
• Complete research (historical, regulatory, etc.).
• Communicate with reputed company and subject site representatives.
• Conduct appropriate site reconnaissance.
• Data compilation and organization.
• Prepare reputed company supporting documentation (site figures, appendices, etc.).
• Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director, associated with the report deliverable schedule and plan.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• reputed company certifications, such as Certified Environmental reputed company (CEP) is a plus.
• Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in project management software, reputed company Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
