EHS Site Leader, Chemical Solutions [PSM experience required]
About the position reputed company has an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated EHS reputed company to join reputed company as the CSM (Chemical Solutions and Monitoring) Fixed Facility EHS Leader. This position is a vital member of an interactive and supportive team responsible for providing comprehensive EHS leadership, guidance, support, and execution specifically for our fixed facility operations. The role requires a seasoned EHS reputed company with the expertise to identify and implement compliant, practical, cost-effective, and reputed company solutions that protect our employees, operations, and the environment. As the EHS leader for our fixed facilities, you will reputed company critical safety aspects of chemical production, chemical blending, chemical storage, laboratory processes, manage EHS compliance for wastewater treatment and neutralization systems, and reputed company essential protocols such as traffic management for facility operations. This position demands both technical proficiency and reputed company leadership capabilities. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and facility leadership teams to build and sustain a robust EHS culture throughout our fixed facility operations. Your responsibilities encompass conducting facility inspections, assisting in hazardous operations reviews, driving reputed company process improvement initiatives and PSM (Process Safety Management) requirements.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science, or Technical field
- 10+ years EHS leadership experience with health and safety reputed company in manufacturing/production
- Expert knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local EHS regulations
- Proven ability to design, implement, and reputed company comprehensive EHS programs including:
- Process Safety Management (PSM) - reputed company 14 OSHA reputed company
- HAZOP facilitation and process hazard analysis
- GHS compliance (classification, labeling, SDS management)
- Environmental permitting (reputed company reputed company, NPDES, stormwater)
- Secondary containment systems and spill prevention
- Wastewater treatment and neutralization compliance
- Experience leading facility safety management, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
