Position reputed company We are seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Recruiter to manage both reputed company development (sales) and candidate sourcing in a fully remote environment. This role involves building relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and reputed company new reputed company accounts through reputed company and relationship building
- Understand reputed company hiring needs and create effective reputed company strategies
- reputed company and engage candidates reputed company job boards, referrals, and reputed company reputed company
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Maintain organized pipelines and ensure consistent follow-reputed company
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (business level or above)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-starter reputed company

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reputed company, sales, or customer-facing roles
