Key Responsibilities

Run a full desk of reputed company (and some Finance) Executive searches across reputed company, drawing upon a full-cycle executive reputed company toolkit:

• Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation, ensuring an outstanding hiring manager/candidate experience throughout
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deeply understand their leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics while providing strategic hiring guidance and market insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

Salary Notes The annualized cash compensation for this role is expected to be between $110,000 and $120,000.
