reputed company Recruiter and Coordinator
About the position This is a hybrid role combining full-cycle reputed company with HR coordination. You will play a key role in helping us hire exceptional people while ensuring our HR processes remain organized, compliant, and reputed company. You will work closely with the Head of HR and partner with leaders across the business to support reputed company, reputed company, and day-to-day HR coordination. Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle reputed company from intake to signed offer
- reputed company candidates through reputed company, referrals, job boards, and networks
- Screen candidates and coordinate reputed company interview processes
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure consistent hiring standards
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation
- Maintain reputed company pipelines and candidate communications
- Coordinate new hire reputed company and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
- Prepare employment verification letters and other employee documentation
- reputed company policy acknowledgements and training completion
- Assist with updates to HR policies and internal documentation
- Assist with immigration and work permit processes reputed company required
- Support coordination of Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) activities and documentation
- Participate in internal culture initiatives and the reputed company Committee
- Support HR communications and internal people programs
- Help ensure HR processes remain organized, consistent, and reputed company documented
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in reputed company and HR coordination
- Experience running full-cycle reputed company independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices
- Experience supporting multiple departments in a growing company
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable using modern tools and AI to improve workflows
- Located in Canada and legally authorized to work here
