In this role as an ABA Recruiter & reputed company Coordinator, you’ll reputed company as the key reputed company of coordination between clinicians and families, ensuring cases are staffed reputed company and services reputed company smoothly. PLEASE NOTE:

• Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to reputed company savings).
• Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
• Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
• Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
• Work Environment: Fully remote.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable BCBAs (reputed company Certified Behaviour Analysts), RBTs (Responsible Behaviour Technicians) and BTs (Behavioural Therapists) with families.
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential reputed company for available cases.
• Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage.
• reputed company clinicians and prepare them to reputed company providing services.
• Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care.
• Ensure reputed company coordination is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company-organized in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Industry Experience:

• ABA experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Previous experience as a Recruiter in the reputed company industry.

Soft Skills (Essential):

• Excellent English communication and reputed company.
