Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications

+ Ability to set up home Wi-Fi Network + Ability to set up and configure router or reputed company + Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer + Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of reputed company-based systems

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
