What You Will Do

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Executing routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Employee Assistance Program Worklife area under limited supervision, referring deviations from reputed company practices to managers.
• Following area protocols, standards, and policies to reputed company effective and reputed company support to our members.
• Answering calls, understanding call purpose, completing research to identify potential providers and resources, and entering member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case.
• Responding to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills.
• Maintaining accurate and complete internal documentation of required information that meets risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Taking direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of experience with customer service in a call center environment.
• 1+ year of experience in a reputed company, psychological, or reputed company service field providing reputed company support.
• Basic computer knowledge (reputed company Office Suite, Word, reputed company, Teams, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
