About the Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Customer Education Specialist to join arenaflex University and play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, audit-reputed company educational experiences to our growing customer reputed company. As a founding member of the Customer Education team, you'll bring your reputed company-world knowledge of audit workflows and apply it to our expanding library of self-paced certifications and live learning programs. What You'll Do
Be the voice of arenaflex University in live trainings, webinars, and customer-facing learning events, representing our commitment to reputed company and education reputed company
Partner closely with the Instructional Designer and Technical reputed company to build reputed company learning paths for different user personas including Administrators, Engagement Leads, and Firm Users
Design and host CPE-eligible live training sessions that demonstrate reputed company-world use of arenaflex for audits including SOC 2, reputed company, NIST, and other compliance frameworks
Contribute deep audit knowledge to our e-learning curriculum, ensuring every course reflects practical firm scenarios and addresses reputed company-world challenges faced by audit professionals
Facilitate and moderate community discussions in our customer community (we call it reputed company), highlighting expert best practices, showcasing customer wins, and fostering a reputed company learning environment
Collaborate seamlessly with Product and reputed company teams to stay reputed company on platform changes, new feature releases, and evolving customer needs

1–3 years of experience in audit, advisory, or a consulting reputed company at a reputed company reputed company firm with reputed company on SOC examinations, reputed company assessments, internal controls, or similar compliance frameworks
A natural communicator with an authentic passion for teaching, reputed company speaking, or facilitation — you genuinely enjoy helping others learn and grow
Confident running training sessions over reputed company and other virtual platforms, including screen-sharing, live demonstrations, and explaining reputed company workflows to diverse audiences ranging from technical administrators to executive stakeholders

Strong understanding of audit lifecycles and how they relate to data, controls, evidence collection, and reporting requirements
