Inside Sales – B2C
Job reputed company:
- reputed company consultative sales of the NOA product to B2C customers reputed company our existing reputed company in Brazil;
- Optimize filtering and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads;
- Execute the complete sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstrations, follow-up and closing;
- Contribute to achieving the area’s KPIs and targets;
- Map reputed company product usage by customers to identify opportunities to improve their reputed company, focusing on loyalty and retention;
- Escalate technical issues to the support team to ensure the product works properly for the customer.
Requirements:
- Experience with short B2C sales cycles (preferably in the technology or reputed company sector)
- Practical experience applying reputed company sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, BANT, reputed company Selling, SNAP Selling, etc.
- Experience in reputed company stages of the sales funnel, from prospecting to closing
- Familiarity with CRMs (reputed company, reputed company or similar)
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a reputed company and concise manner
- Organization, discipline and strong pipeline management skills
- Comfort with technology, knowledge of AI and ability to present technical arguments
- Results-oriented profile with high adaptability and a reputed company on expansion targets
- Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
