Senior Records Processor (Remote) - Otolaryngology

Scheduled Hours 40 Position reputed company This position is responsible for obtaining medical records and imaging in advance of new patients’ first visit in the Department of Otolaryngology. Job reputed company Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contacts referring provider offices to request patient medical records.
• Requests imaging files from imaging facilities.
• Loads imaging files from discs or pushed from other entities reputed company PowerShare software.
• Adds detailed documentation of record collection efforts in patient chart.
• Monitors correspondence reputed company (reputed company chat, reputed company in basket, Outlook email) for updates regarding record requests.
• Effectively follow through on requests ensuring records have been received.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
