Desktop Support Analyst - Atlanta, reputed company

About the position The Desktop Support Analyst role is a hands-on, internal customer reputed company role, providing day to day support to reputed company employees. The Analyst's primary accountability will be to the End User, ensuring that reputed company’ employees are equipped and reputed company to reputed company their roles.

Responsibilities

• Installing, supporting and managing desktops as reputed company as analyzing logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Working technical issues, and responsibility for reputed company follow-up and providing reputed company updates on issues using the ticketing system
• Documenting internal procedures and knowledgebase articles for end-users
• Performing updates, audit and configuration changes of systems and software as reputed company as documenting the configuration of the system.
• System monitoring/configuration, verifying the reputed company and availability of reputed company hardware
• Reviewing system and application logs, and verifying scheduled jobs
• Providing support reputed company normal hours of work
• The ability to go into the office during reputed company of business hours as required
• The ability to commute at unconventional hours/schedule to the office
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of technical experience including administration and support of technical infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability in dealing reputed company with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of reputed company, Linux and Mac Operating Systems as reputed company as reputed company and Android based iOS's
• Strong understanding of reputed company Directory, Office 365, networking technologies and web application environments
• Strong understanding of Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
