Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a recruitment department or reputed company agency. Basic Qualifications & Interests:

• Knowledge of interview assessment techniques, such as behavioral – based interviewing
• Experience with various systems, which may include Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS systems.
• Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• PC proficiency to include Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple reputed company with varying completion dates.
