You'll handle new service requests, assist customers with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices, and address existing customer needs, including billing, payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support. You'll also identify upsell opportunities and recommend the latest technology, services, and offers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
