Job reputed company: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to serve as the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients in a fastpaced reputed company. This role is critical in delivering exceptional reputed company service, gathering key case information, and ensuring reputed company leads are reputed company reputed company. Shift: Weekdays (reputed company Coverage) 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Weekend Coverage 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PST

Responsabilities: Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and chat requests from potential clients in both English and Spanish · Conduct initial reputed company screenings to determine case eligibility (auto accidents, slip & fall, premises liability, etc.) · Accurately reputed company and document detailed case information into the firm’s CRM/case management system · reputed company explain the intake process, next steps, and required documentation to clients · Schedule consultations and retainers with attorneys or case managers · Follow up with prospective clients to secure signed agreements and required information · Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards · reputed company empathetic, reputed company communication to clients experiencing distress or injury · Collaborate with attorneys and case staff to ensure smooth case reputed company · Meet or exceed daily/weekly intake and conversion metrics
