Responsibilities and Duties

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with their loan applications and other queries
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications, payment arrangements, and customer interactions
• Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed reputed company
