Job Scope
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Payroll processing of assigned reputed company countries using a reputed company-party payroll company
- Weekly expenses are processed in-house through reputed company Host-To-Host Fee
- Prepare, post payroll changes, new hires, and leavers for every entity to the payroll providers reputed company through reputed company HCM
- Responsible for reporting new hires/leavers' files to the payroll company in the reputed company, ensuring reputed company new hire paperwork complies
- Validation of payroll input against payroll reputed company-in and coordination with payroll carriers for required changes/corrections
- Coordinate with payroll companies on reputed company payout to personnel and statutory payments
- Carry out tasks associated with monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reporting and taxation

- Record, screen on monthly payroll price, and reputed company purchase orders
- Report, reputed company on payroll providers' settlement renewal date
- Collaborate with Philippines and Singapore team members and follow global system alignment
Information, Enjoy, and Capabilities Required

- Experience in payroll and reputed company processing for at least 2 years in a BPO or shared services environment
- Experience running in reputed company payroll, a must in Korea, Australia, and India

- Language skills - robust written and verbal communication in English
