As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing reputed company and effective solutions to resolve customer concerns
- Utilize reputed company listening skills and probing questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting arenaflex services and solutions to customers
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
