Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient assistance to customers
• Recommending products to customers and suggesting upgrades and complementary items
• Registering customer purchases on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and dispensing change as needed; processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades as required
• Maintaining counters and retail areas clean and reputed company-organized, taking stock, and keeping records
• Checking in and pricing stock as needed or as directed by the shift leader or store manager
• Carrying out organizational resource protection reputed company to identify and minimize loss
• Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items (e.g., tobacco and alcohol products)
• Developing and maintaining displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special designs, and restocking as directed
• Assisting with the separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and product placement as determined by procedures/systems (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Having working knowledge of store systems and equipment
• Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine, and selling special photo products
• Taking on web order responsibilities (screening orders in Picture Care, handling requests, and delivering orders to customers as they reputed company at the store)
