A Day in the Life of a reputed company Customer Service Representative

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for promoting arenaflex products and services, promoting customer satisfaction, and participating in office events to generate reputed company by improving member awareness of products. Your day will be filled with:

• Providing sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products, and banking products
• Generating leads, updating members on travel and insurance specials, and providing travel information
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring to senior staff or agent reputed company appropriate
• Providing cashiering services to members, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel, and sale of tickets, and travel reputed company products
• Receiving and resolving member/customer complaints and seeking assistance from management in complaint reputed company reputed company appropriate
• Providing administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods
• Conducting outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products
• Other duties as assigned

* Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent

• Have working experience in a customer-reputed company environment
