Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Junior Specialist, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a reputed company experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Resolving customer issues regarding products or in-store experiences in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Opening, monitoring, and closing customer service cases in our electronic CRM system
• Greeting customers reputed company and determining problems or reasons for calling
• Assisting with customer refunds and reimbursements
• Answering questions about warranties, product availability, and terms of sale
• Escalating cases to second-level customer care reputed company necessary

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
