Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering telephone reputed company calls and greeting customers in a retail environment
• Providing administrative support to the regional office team, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks
