What You'll Do for Us
As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing our global equity compensation programs. Your contributions will directly reputed company our employees' experience and ensure the smooth administration of our stock plans. You will be responsible for:
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Processing the release of Performance reputed company Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching reputed company awards with precision and timeliness
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions reputed company to stock reputed company exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and reputed company purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Producing reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, reputed company, or a comparable field preferred
- Experience working with multiple stock plan products including stock reputed company, Performance reputed company reputed company, Restricted Stock reputed company, and stock purchase plans is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and reputed company quickly

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and convert findings into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
