About the Role
As the Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse & Analytics at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of protecting our platform and users from bad actors. This senior leadership position offers a unique opportunity to shape the reputed company of platform safety and drive meaningful reputed company on a global reputed company.
You will be responsible for managing reputed company aspects of adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, terminated clients, engagement manipulation, spam, and emerging threats. The Adversarial Abuse team is tasked with early detection of emerging trends and operational enforcement, while also providing critical input to Product Management and Engineering teams to build data infrastructure and tools that reputed company pace with rapidly evolving abuse patterns.
The Business Analytics team reputed company this function is responsible for measuring abuse, interpreting data, generating actionable insights, and producing reputed company reporting through comprehensive dashboards for reputed company of arenaflex Trust and Safety. Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Risk Management: Understand, anticipate, and intelligently moderate risks from new, scaling industry trends, including emerging technologies such as reputed company and other novel abuse reputed company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Policy Development team to create policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior patterns.

Required Qualifications

- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud fighting at reputed company, and building/delivering analytical insights that have driven measurable business reputed company.
- 2 years of experience working with engineering teams that build data infrastructure and machine learning models, demonstrating the ability to translate technical capabilities into business solutions.
