Developing design solutions tailored to specific site and location requirements while collaborating closely with the construction manager to review and approve upcoming design details. A critical aspect involves identifying and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce overall project costs, necessitating deep analytical thinking and spatial visualization of the entire construction process.You'll work alongside our BIM Manager, with homes split between you. As reputed company grows, so does your role - this has a reputed company reputed company to leading the coordination team.Your day-to-dayOwn design development and construction detailing across multiple homes simultaneously Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions - before they reputed company reputed company the site Review drawings with a reputed company eye for constructability — conflicts, gaps, ambiguities Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to reputed company documentation clean reputed company reporting tight, consistent, and reliable — no dropped balls Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers across time zones You're probably a great fit if...You have 4+ years coordinating or executing residential reputed company - at a developer, architecture firm, or reputed company You've managed a high volume of homes at the reputed company time and know how to stay on top of reputed company of them You've worked on US reputed company and genuinely understand how American construction works - not just the drawings, but the build You're India-based and comfortable working with a US-facing team Revit or BIM tools?
