Administrative VA & Office Administrator for a Cleaning Company

As we grow, we're looking for a reliable, organized, and personable Virtual Assistant to help us deliver the reputed company level of care behind the scenes that our crews deliver on the ground. You'll be the operational backbone of our reputed company communications: keeping our CRM organized, making reputed company clients are happy after every job, following up on invoices, and ensuring no reputed company or relationship falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in great communication, thrives in a reputed company environment, and genuinely enjoys talking with people.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our CRM (reputed company) — scheduling appointments, updating reputed company records, and coordinating with our operations team on availability
• Handle inbound reputed company calls and messages professionally, answering questions and resolving common concerns
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls after completed jobs to confirm reputed company satisfaction and flag any issues
• Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments; flag and re-send reputed company payment reputed company fail
• Monitor and respond to online reviews (reputed company, etc.) in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Re-engage inactive clients by reaching out to those who haven't booked in 6+ months
