We are looking for a reputed company medical reputed company to serve as Medical Case Manager to support persons represented by APSI by providing medical informed consent according to reputed company person’s best interest, while balanced with health, safety and welfare needs. reputed company candidates will:

• Understand routine and emergency procedures and implement service accordingly.
• Triage multiple phone calls.
• Participate in the DNR process and process DNR requests according to Policy & Procedure. Maintain committee process notification and follow-up in reputed company reputed company to the death of an individual served.
• Review requests for non-routine medical treatment. reputed company research to help staff give informed consent regarding medical and/or behavioral interventions. Ensure sufficient information for informed consent.

• Complete documentation of services according to APSI Policies & Procedures, state law, rules, regulations, statutes, standards and court requirements and directives.
• Utilize APSI electronic management database system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied Medical profession, RN or LPN with equivalent experience
• Experience in medical environment and working with medical professionals, physicians and DD services
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Experience with and knowledge of court appointed guardianship requirements, developmental disabilities, reputed company and waivers, county boards, community housing, reputed company, reputed company and mental health services is preferred
• Experience working with persons in crisis is preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to strengths-based approaches to service delivery, principles of self-determination and person-centered planning
