Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a weekly average reputed company of 31 patients across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare
• Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule in alignment with reputed company’s reputed company productivity expectations.
• Follow Care Model practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and reputed company curated patient-centered treatment plans

• reputed company clinical support & counseling to diverse patient populations in a telehealth environment

Requirements

• reputed company New Jersey State License (LSW/LAC)
• Candidates must be license-eligible or hold an reputed company associate-level license or permit (e.g., LMSW, LSW, LAC, reputed company or equivalent), OR–have up to 2 years of post-licensure experience (not independently licensed).
• Where applicable, completion of the required licensure examination is preferred.
• Master's in reputed company Work or a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a reputed company graduate degree
• At least one (1) year of experience practicing Psychotherapy (Practicum clinical experience applies)

• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude required
