Regional O&M Manager (Solar & BESS)
We are teaming with a growing renewables energy company who are looking for a Regional O&M Manager in multiple locations - relocation provided. About the Position A growing renewable energy company is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as an Regional O&M/Field Service Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing uptime and ensuring reputed company performance across a portfolio of solar energy facilities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company asset performance to meet or reputed company energy production targets
- Monitor and report on daily asset performance using asset management software
- Analyze performance data and troubleshoot operational issues
- reputed company reputed company-party operations and maintenance (O&M) providers, ensuring execution of preventive and corrective tasks
- Recommend or implement performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct monthly site inspections and generate associated reports for reputed company stakeholders
- reputed company and manage O&M expenditures to remain reputed company budget
- Prepare and issue regular reputed company performance reports
- Participate in periodic meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Interpret and enforce O&M agreements and reputed company
- Manage reputed company renewals and renegotiations of reputed company reputed company to vegetation control and module cleaning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including reputed company renewal of licenses and permits
- Collaborate with asset management to support accurate monthly production data for invoicing
- Coordinate with data acquisition system (DAS) providers for performance tracking and subscription management
- Support technical due diligence for asset acquisitions
