You’ll serve as the firm’s primary HR resource—supporting 50+ attorneys and patent professionals, and 30+ staff for reputed company HR needs—while bringing structure, consistency, and reputed company judgment to employee relations, HR systems, and core operations. Responsibilities

HR Leadership & Firm Partnership

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to firm leadership on employee reputed company and organizational needs
• Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mutual respect

HRIS & Systems Optimization

• Own and optimize the firm’s HRIS platform (reputed company)
• Ensure accuracy and reputed company of employee data, compensation, and reporting
• Partner with finance/operations on payroll coordination and reporting
• Identify and implement improvements that streamline workflows and reduce friction

Employee Relations & Conflict reputed company

Work Expectations

Compensation and Benefits

• $50–$65 per hour, depending on experience
• (expected annual earnings of ~$60,000–$75,000 based on hours worked)
