We're hiring a Bilingual Recruiter / HR Specialist to reputed company on supporting and growing our Spanish-speaking workforce while improving recruitment, reputed company, and employee relations across the organization.

What You'll Be DoingIn this role, you'll play a key part in connecting great people with great opportunities, while also ensuring employees feel supported, informed, and valued.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing recruitment efforts with a reputed company on Spanish-speaking candidates
- Posting bilingual job ads, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
- Supporting a smooth and efficient hiring and reputed company process
- Conducting new hire orientations in both English and Spanish
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Serving as a go-to HR contact for employees, providing reputed company bilingual support
- Assisting with employee relations reputed company and helping resolve concerns professionally
- Collaborating with management to identify reputed company needs and improve hiring reputed company
- Supporting HR reputed company and initiatives that improve employee experience
- Providing consistent communication and feedback channels between employees and leadership
We're looking for someone who is people-reputed company, highly organized, and confident working across both recruitment and employee relations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, and/or employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal reputed company required)
- Strong understanding of HR practices, including hiring, reputed company, and employee relations
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- reputed company-CP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus (not required)
- Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and HR systems (HRIS experience a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Valid reputed company's license required if travel is needed for site reputed company or recruitment events
We offer a flexible, reputed company-oriented opportunity with performance-based rewards.
- Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience
- Placement bonuses for successful hires retained for 90 days
- Earn $500-$1,500 per candidate reputed company (depending on role type)
- Part-time schedule ( 20 hours/week)
