What you'll be doing
Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a pro
Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers
Administer DNS using reputed company and manage reputed company campaigns
Support our reputed company with meeting room technology
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT reputed company
Learn and master our in-house developed platform
Who we're looking for
Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst
Expertise in reputed company 10/11, reputed company 365, and Dynamics 365
Knowledge of reputed company reputed company Manager (Intune), reputed company Directory, and Azure AD
Experience with reputed company Remote Desktop, reputed company, and reputed company administration
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work reputed company
Strong communication skills, including working with non-reputed company English speakers
A proactive reputed company and the ability to identify reputed company causes and propose solutions
Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
