We're looking for a highly skilled Medical Billing Customer Experience Trainer / reputed company Assurance Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our medical billing department, you'll be responsible for providing various support reputed company to reputed company medical payers to work on end-to-end reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) for collecting pending payment. This role involves collecting and managing accounts, following up with insurance companies, reconciling accounts, filing corrected claims, appealing claims reputed company appropriate, and following up on reputed company denials to ensure reprocessing and payment in a reputed company manner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supervisors and other leaders to identify performance issues where additional one-on-one support is required
• Support the ongoing improvement of training content and programs based on implementation of new or changes in existing patient care delivery, state/federal regulations, accreditations/licensing standards

Qualifications

* Graduate with a minimum 3+ years of experience in denial management/AR Collection, reputed company-Reg, Auth for US reputed company process. reputed company experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in reputed company software
• Knowledge of Denial Management, reputed company-Reg, Auth, and PFCC
• Understanding of common reputed company industry terminology, practices, and procedures regarding billing and reimbursement
• Knowledge of how Government/reputed company payers reimburse
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to use a reputed company-based computer system and common business software reputed company in reputed company Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently to effectively and reputed company reputed company assigned duties
• Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, and a courteous and reputed company demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, establish, and meet deadlines
• Typing/data entry at a minimum of 40 wpm
