As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, billing, and technical support
- Utilize probing question skills to reputed company information and resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to reputed company informed solutions to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

* reputed company reputed company: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
- An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
