As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling a reputed company of tasks reputed company to reputed company processing, object processing, reputed company deposits, and budget transfers. You will work closely with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to ensure seamless transactions and excellent customer service. Your role will involve:

• Completing data reputed company and balancing tasks

• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products

Log, study, and reputed company important GL, account changes and/or returns

* Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching

• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

• A high school degree or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Minimum qualifications:

• Preferred qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
