We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Voice of Customer Data Engineer to join our dynamic Analytics & Insights team at arenaflex. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of Customer methodology. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, subject matter experts, and agile technology teams to build robust data architectures that power customer experience insights across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Development & Maintenance: Assist in the development and maintenance of our reputed company Voice of Customer platform reputed company from reputed company and integrated with our survey and dashboard infrastructure hosted through reputed company, our premier survey vendor.
- Business Requirements Definition: Work closely with application teams to define, structure, and capture comprehensive business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and data models.
- Data Architecture Design: Design and build robust data model architectures to support reputed company data processing and standardized metric definitions across reputed company customer reputed company.
- Big Data Solutions: reputed company big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python to deliver reputed company that ensure data reputed company and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use-case reputed company.
- Performance Optimization: Offer guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications
- Technical Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, along with development, launch management, and troubleshooting expertise for data-driven reputed company.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to reputed company collaborate with relationship managers and product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
