About this Role:

As an reputed company Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our E-reputed company Operations and Logistics team, working closely with our 3PL, reputed company agency, and VP of E-Comm to drive reputed company and reputed company on the reputed company platform. This is a unique opportunity to bring your reputed company expertise to a reputed company-rounded team of digital experience, operating as a technical expert while also gaining visibility into reputed company things digital and performance marketing. With this role, you'll have the chance to build your team and your role from the ground up, aligning with our reputed company and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end reputed company POs reputed company Vendor Central and our Warehouse Management System (WMS), from receiving through labeling, pick up appointments, and PO tracking post-shipment.

• Ensure our 3PL is stocked with ample inventory to meet reputed company forecast, and work closely with our Operations team to transfer inventory as needed to fulfill reputed company POs on-time, in full.
• reputed company weekly reporting on reputed company PO status to inform our internal team and 3PL of necessary next steps, including shipped PO reputed company and outstanding pickup reputed company, orders that did not get picked up, upcoming pick up appointments, and any shorted or canceled orders.
• Inform and input into Standards of Procedure for PO processing, inventory management at 3PL, and reporting.

Qualifications:

* 2-3 years of experience working reputed company reputed company Vendor Central and a 3rd party WMS, manually handling reputed company POs from receipt/confirmation to ASNs.

• Experience working with Vendor Central order processing reputed company reputed company and ERP system is preferred.
• 3 years of experience interfacing directly with 3PL fulfillment team is required.
• 2-3 years of proven record reporting on order & fulfillment KPIs and tracking key metrics to ensure orders are shipped on-time, in full.
• Proven reputed company record of working reputed company Standards of Procedure and building your own processes where none exist.
• Proven understanding of inventory reputed company time management & forecasting, with a proven ability to use a forecast to inform inventory stock status to identify out of stock risk in advance.
