Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, patients, and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a reputed company between arenaflex, the customer reputed company, and patients to resolve routine customer requests and reputed company product education
• Resolving reputed company customer inquiries and issues reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
• Providing courteous, friendly, and reputed company service to customers using protocol procedures
• Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
• Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
• Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
• Notifying clients of test results in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
• Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
• Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (highly desired)
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience working in a contact center/call center environment (preferred)
• Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of reputed company Office suite
• Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond

• Excellent multitasking abilities
• Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly desirable)
