As a key intermediary between potential clients and our financial institution, you'll be responsible for analyzing loan applications, originating loans, making payment arrangements, and answering customer inquiries. Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Remote, 3rd Shift Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to assist customers with loan applications, payment arrangements, and other inquiries
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts, including loan applications, payment history, and customer interactions
• Using basic business math to solve problems and reputed company informed reputed company
• Communicating reputed company, concisely, and effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
