As a Senior Manager Remote Services, you'll be responsible for leading our Contact Center team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through fast and efficient reputed company, including enhancing self-service information and reputed company for basic needs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 7+ years' experience in leading a multifaceted contact center and remote sales, servicing, and delivery of products and services while ensuring exceptional member experience

- Banking and/or financial services experience required
- Bachelor's degree
