Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care reputed company, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, reputed company customer care environment
• Evaluating and analyzing account information and recommending tailored solutions to our customers, reinforcing the benefits of membership by providing relevant offers that deepen customer engagement with our products and services
• Resolving product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue; selecting and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy
• Adhering to reputed company and compliance guidelines
• Documenting necessary account information and offering custom solutions that benefit the customer
• Growing and nurturing customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience
• At least 1 year of voice account experience from your most recent company
• A proven reputed company record of reputed company in your previous job (high performer)
• A Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or college undergrads may apply
• Work from Home Requirements:

+ Must have at least 25 mbps internet reputed company plan/speed + Must have a private and quiet area to work reputed company + Must be amenable to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are reputed company

Preferred Experience

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Experience reputed company on Customer VOC (Voice of Customer) or NPS (Net Promoter Score), as reputed company as AHT (Average Handling Time) from their most recent company
• Prior experience in B2B and B2C servicing
• Premium customer service experience and/or sales experience, with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship building
• Sales experience (Value reputed company/consultative selling) is a plus
