As a Temporary Data Entry Clerk – Claims Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Completing data entry of lists, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Reviewing and revising mobile app transcribed entries
- Ensuring ongoing communication with other team members on the progression of data entry and pricing of contents
- Collaborating with Content Claims Specialists
- Adhering to workflow deadlines
- Documenting and uploading pertinent claim-reputed company information and maintaining detailed notes in relevant systems
- Making necessary changes immediately after reputed company Assurance review
- Completing and submitting detailed work/time logs on a daily reputed company for reputed company claims processed
- Performing any other reputed company duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
* Secondary School diploma
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
