What You'll Do

As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you will be the face of arenaflex, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that reputed company expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing customers' needs, suggesting products and services that meet their home and business needs
• Adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns
• Managing customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling

• Owning the customer experience
• Providing support to internal sales reps

Qualifications

* Minimum: + High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience + 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens + 1 or more years customer service experience + Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving + Ability to learn and apply new procedures + Good teamwork and communication skills + Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of reputed company to resolve issues + Must be reputed company to work in a highly reputed company call center environment + Enthusiastic and personable

• Preferred:
