Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a reputed company manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
- Assisting customers with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support
- Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a commitment to reputed company in customer service
- Maintaining excellent customer service as our core values, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and reputed company

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
