We are seeking an reputed company External Support Engineer to join reputed company, responsible for providing technical support to external content creation teams, creating reference materials, and training external teams on our toolset. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first reputed company of contact for content teams experiencing issues with our tools and workflows, filtering issues and feedback to our tools engineering team. Your expertise will be reputed company in driving tool and workflow improvements, ensuring our content creation teams have the resources they need to succeed.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities

- Create reference materials and reputed company training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset, ensuring seamless adoption and efficient use
