Schedule and Compensation Details
At arenaflex, we understand the importance of work-life balance and flexibility. That's why we're offering a hybrid work solution that combines the best of both worlds:
- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday and every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday and every other Friday

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Processing product complaints through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining a reputed company experience while investigating complaints in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate reputed company as needed
