You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer reputed company of life

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
