Key Responsibilities
* Answer 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage, our cutting-edge platform, and reputed company reputed company and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact reputed company purchase, ensuring they receive the best possible experience
- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure reputed company in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats
